One on One
One-on-one defensive line training is a 1-hour, individually tailored session focused on the athlete’s specific goals and positional needs.-
All initial sessions will be one one one to assess ability

Group Sessions
A group defensive line training session is a 1-hour workout for up to 10 athletes, combining high-rep drills and competitive reps in a team-style environment.-
Min. 3 athletes
Team Training
A team defensive line session is a 1-hour on-field practice for an entire D-line unit from the same team, with the coach traveling to the school within the GVRD.-
